What are the delivery charges?
We want to make sure your gift arrives quickly and safely. We ship our books via standard airmail or specialised courier services. When you order more than two hardcover books standard shipping is completely FREE for you.
The shipping costs vary depending on which service you prefer and which location that you want your book shipped to. The exact cost will be calculated during checkout.
When will the book arrive?

Can I customize the characters?
What age group is this book for?
We say 0-8, since customers have ordered our books as a baby gift, for a baby being born to a multi-lingual family or a family living abroad. Others have ordered the book as a bedtime story where dad reads one language and mom the other. While some bought it for children who are starting to learn a new language in school.
Will you offer more languages in the future?
Yes! We are constantly adding more languages and more stories. If you have a specific language in mind, write us a quick message. We will let you know if and when we can add your language.
How much does the book cost?
Our books come in different formats, so that you can decide what is best for your child. Check our different book prices here.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
After processing the payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, including the invoice and a summary of your requested customization details.
I just ordered my book and noticed I made a mistake, what can I do?
Please contact us as quickly as possible, so we can try to stop the printing process.
